ASTRAL STUDIOS SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to get your orders to you as quickly as possible while making sure it’s packaged with care.

PROCESSING TIME
We aim to ship the majority of orders within 2 working days.
During busy periods (such as launches or holidays) dispatch may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you updated if there are any delays.

DELIVERY OPTIONS  

• STANDARD DELIVERY: 2-4 working days after dispatch 
  
• EXPRESS DELIVERY: 1-3 working days after dispatch 

All delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on Royal Mail or courier services.

PACKAGING
Prints and cards are carefully packed to prevent bending or damage in transit. Jewellery items are sealed in resealable pouches, then placed inside bubble wrap envelopes to ensure they arrive safely and protected.
