ASTRAL STUDIOS RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your order from Astral Studios — but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help.

PRINTS + CARDS
All prints and cards are final sale.
However, if your order arrives damaged, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and your order details. We’ll happily send a replacement free of charge once evidence is received.

JEWELLERY
If you change your mind, jewellery can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as it’s unworn, in its original packaging and in resale-able condition.
To start a return, please contact us via email before sending anything back.

If your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged, please reach out with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
